It is a kind of supervising to address the problem of sentiment analysis using <a href=\"http:\/\/rapid-i.com\/content\/view\/181\/190\/\">Rapidminer<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/alias-i.com\/lingpipe\/\">Lingpipe<\/a>, Alchemy API and a custom solution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Coding and Tools<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>I have made in my leisure time a tool for unifying company names called <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/chemaar\/corfu\">CORFU<\/a>\u00a0using Python, <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/chemaar\/corfu\">NLTK<\/a> and the APIs of Google Places, Linkedin and Google Suggestions. It also includes other algorithms based on string similarity, etc.<\/li>\n<li>I have developed a <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/chemaar\/corfu\/tree\/master\/prototypes\/alchemy-test\">simple sentiment analyzer<\/a> using <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alchemyapi.com\/\">Alchemy API<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>I have adapted s<a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/chemaar\/seqos\/tree\/master\/prototypes\/mapreduce-intro\">ome examples<\/a> of Map Reduce patterns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other things<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>I continue my fight to learn Greek&#8230;I have to study a bit more!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>This is all I can remember&#8230;perhaps I am missing something&#8230;!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.josemalvarez.es\/?p=662\" rel=\"bookmark\" title=\"Permalink to Week #10 and #11 in Thessaloniki\"><p>Hi!
